Summit Psychology provides individual psychotherapy for adults with an emphasis on the following issues:

  • Smoking cessation and other lifestyle changes (e.g., nutrition management, increasing exercise, improving sleep, reducing alcohol/marijuana use)

At this time, all services are being provided via HIPAA-compliant videoconferencing software. I am authorized to provide services to clients in all PSYPACT states.

Approach

Every individual is unique. I will work collaboratively with you to design an individualized treatment plan that is best suited to you and your goals. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach based in (but not limited to) elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP).
